I came up with the FitChef Eating Concept after a lot of frustration from putting in massive amounts of exercise and still being overweight. But worse than not meeting fat loss goals, I wasn’t healthy… I seemed to live on antibiotics and was continually buying every supplement that had “Immune Booster” on the label. I eventually found the answer… food is an investment and if I don’t have a fridge/freezer full of excellent, ready-to-eat meals, then I would resort to eating unhealthy, processed, high carb, refined bread.
